This area has improved so much since they built Nu Sentral shopping Mall. The Mall is 9 levels of shops and great eating places It's very convenient for the KLIA Ekpress train. Small but cute rooms and a comfy bed. Nice lighting and a pretty good breakfast included.

Front counter knowledgeable, free breakfast, room is noisy with the restaurant next to it, aircon is not powerful enough, bathroom is okay, bar fridge, tv , overall itself is centre to most places that i wanted to go. Next door is nu centre. Great for shopping but pricey. It is okay, if you dont mind the noise.

The location was superb. Near to the sentral train stations and surrounded by eateries. 7 eleven just next door. Rooms are clean and staffs are friendly. There's a rooftop gathering area with kittens around and has a view to relax too. Toilet is clean and no bugs found.

Excellent location next to KL Sentral. The reception manager was friendly and helpful. I stayed in a queen delux room. Small clean room with small hanging space and limited shelving to lay my clothes. The aircon blew directly over the bed and the fridge and TV worked fine. A chair was provided to allow you to work at a narrow shelf. The bed had clean linens and provided a comfortable sleep. There were two power points next to the bed. Lighting was good. The bathroom was a small wetroom. The shower had hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast was a choice from a set menu. Basically Malay dishes. Closest to western was two boiled eggs. I didn't bother on my second morning. The reviewer from last April gave the impression that access to KL Sentral is available 24 hours. It is not. Both the nearby lift and escalators are only working between 7am and 11pm. If coming from KL Sentral between these hours you come through to the NU Sentral shopping mall and go down one level. Then walk around to your right to another escalator which goes down to level G. Veer to the right and you will cross above the road and come to the lift. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. It was only for two nights. Unfortunately, my train departure was 7am so I had to walk the long way around.

The room is tiny, windowless and airless. I am pleased my room was not robbed while I was out. The hotel and its area give the feeling that safety and security are not a priority. The towels were probably clean once and the bloodstain on my bed was quite small.
